What do the grades mean?

Wedderspoon uses the KFactor system: KFactor 12 is multifloral manuka (a great everyday honey), while KFactor 16 is monofloral — a higher grade where mānuka pollen dominates. Other brands grade with UMF or MGO numbers; higher always means a more concentrated manuka honey.
