Because the bacteria are alive. Vivomixx neo® 9 needs 2–8°C to keep its declared strength, which is why buying it locally matters: as the official Malta distributor we keep it refrigerated from import to sale, instead of it travelling through the post unrefrigerated from abroad.
When is the best time to take a probiotic?
Whenever you can be consistent — most people take theirs once a day, with or just before a meal. Follow the directions on the pack.
