Delivery Information

Where we deliver
We deliver across Malta. Orders to Gozo are delivered or posted, depending on the size and nature of the order.

Malta (Mainland)

• €5 delivery fee for orders under €50
• Free delivery on orders €50 and over
• Delivery timeframe: 1–2 working days

Gozo

• Deliveries to Gozo are made once per week
  
• €10 flat-rate delivery fee on all orders (any order value)

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Changes & cancellations

Once an order has been paid and processed, we do not normally accept cancellations or changes. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us on +356 9958 6205 and quote your order number.

What is your returns policy?

If there’s an issue with a product (for example, if it arrives damaged), please return it to our store along with a copy of your receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Pickup (Tarxien)

All pickup orders must be paid in advance. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order and send you an SMS when it’s ready for collection.
