Delivery Information

We deliver across Malta and Gozo.

We offer next-day delivery in Malta for orders placed by 12:00pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Deliveries to Gozo are available every Tuesday and Thursday.

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm the day before delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Same-day delivery is available at checkout for a fee of €10.

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 12:00pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once an order has been paid and processed, we do not normally accept cancellations or changes.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us on +356 21686807 and quote your order number.

If there is an issue with a product, for example if it arrives damaged, please return it to our store along with a copy of your receipt.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

All pickup orders must be paid in advance.

Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and send you an SMS when it is ready for collection.

You can collect your items between 9am-12pm or 4pm to 7pm Mon - Fri & Sat 9am to 1pm from our shop at:
