Shakers and bottles we stock

Applied Nutrition Protein Shaker 700 ml (blue top) – €5.31. Our best-selling shaker, big enough for a full scoop of protein with water or milk.
Leap Nutrition Shaker 500 ml (green) – €5.00. A smaller shaker for the gym bag.
Applied Nutrition Metal Shaker – €12.00. Metal instead of plastic, for people who want a shaker that lasts.
Applied Nutrition Metal Flask – €9.99, in blue or white.
Optimum Nutrition Sports Bottle 946 ml (black) – €5.00. For water and electrolyte drinks.
Applied Nutrition Lifestyle Sports Water Bottle 1 L (blue) – €12.00.

Which one should I choose?

For protein shakes – a plastic shaker (500 or 700 ml) is light and cheap; the 700 ml gives room to shake one scoop with 300 ml of liquid.
For something that lasts – the Applied Nutrition metal shaker or metal flask.
For water, electrolytes and creatine – a sports bottle (946 ml or 1 L).

Tips for a smooth shake

Pour the water or milk in first, then the powder – it mixes without lumps at the bottom. Shake for 10–20 seconds. Rinse the shaker straight after use so it does not smell, and do not shake hot drinks in a closed shaker. Check the label of each shaker for dishwasher use.
