Syner-J — better known as SynerJ-Health — is a French natural health and wellness brand founded by biologist Jacques Prunier. Its products are built around one remarkable natural ingredient: AFA, a nutrient-dense micro-algae harvested from Lake Klamath in Oregon. Prime Health is the official distributor of Syner-J in Malta and Gozo.
The algae at the heart of it
AFA (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae) is a blue-green freshwater micro-algae, naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, omega-3 and chlorophyll — and a vegan source of vitamin B12, which contributes to normal psychological function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. SynerJ-Health harvests it from the pristine waters of Lake Klamath and uses a gentle “bio-active” dehydration to protect the nutrients. This same algae runs through much of the range — from the AlphaOne supplements to the Alpha skincare line.
