Applied Nutrition Berberine gives 1000mg of berberine hydrochloride (97%, from Berberis aristata) per capsule – the highest dose per capsule of the berberine products we stock in Malta. It also contains AstraGin®, a blend of astragalus and panax notoginseng extracts. 60 capsules for €22.49; the pack suggests 2 capsules a day with a main meal, so one pot is a 1-month supply at that dose, or 2 months at 1 a day.

Ingredients

Berberine hydrochloride 97% (Berberis aristata), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus extract and Panax notoginseng extract), free-flowing agent (magnesium stearate), capsule shell (hypromellose).

How to take

2 capsules a day with a main meal, or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose.
