How to take it
One serving a day, as directed on the label, at any time of day. Creatine works by building up in the muscle, so take it every day, training day or not. Gummies contain sugar – if you take creatine with a low-sugar diet in mind, the unflavoured powder is the sugar-free option.

Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Gelatin, Creatine Monohydrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Colour (Anthocyanins), Glazing Agent (Vegetable Oil, Carnauba Wax). Contains gelatin – not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

It is the same creatine monohydrate; 3 g a day is 3 g a day whichever form you take. Gummies cost more per gram than powder – you pay for the convenience.
Does creatine help recovery or endurance?
The approved EU claim for creatine is about physical performance in short bursts of high-intensity exercise – weights, sprints, HIIT. Claims about recovery or endurance are not authorised, so we don't make them.
Do I need a loading phase?
