Natroceutics Bergamot-HT Complex combines Italian bergamot (Citrus bergamia) flavonoids in Phytosome™ form with olive polyphenols standardised to 10 mg hydroxytyrosol (HT) per capsule. A Mediterranean botanical formula in a vegetable capsule – 60 capsules per glass bottle, non-GMO, made without corn, dairy, gluten, soya or wheat and with no artificial additives.
What is in it
- Bergamot Phytosome™ – flavonoids from the bergamot citrus grown in Calabria, southern Italy, bound to phospholipids (the Phytosome™ form).
- Olive polyphenols – standardised to give 10 mg hydroxytyrosol per capsule, the polyphenol best known from extra virgin olive oil. Olive polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives; two capsules provide 20 mg.
Bergamot flavonoids themselves have no authorised health claim in the EU, so we describe what they are and how much you get, not what they do.

What does “Phytosome” mean?
A form in which plant extracts are bound to phospholipids, the same kind of fat molecules found in cell membranes. It is a way of formulating the extract, not a different plant.
Where does the hydroxytyrosol come from?
From olive fruit extract. Natroceutics states that the 10 mg in each capsule is roughly what you would get from an average 30 ml serving of extra virgin olive oil.
Can I take it with medication?

Can I take it together with Berberine Complex?
