How to Use

Before first use and at the start of each new cycle, sterilise the cups in the Enna Box: add 20 ml of water, leave the lid slightly open, and microwave at 700 W for 3 minutes (or fill with boiling water and leave for 3 minutes). To insert: fold the cup into a V or C shape, load it into the applicator, relax, and gently insert toward the tailbone — then remove the applicator. To remove: locate the base balls, pull gently to break the vacuum via the side slit, and slide the cup out. Empty into the toilet, rinse with water and mild soap, and reinsert. Wear for no more than 12 consecutive hours. Clean the applicator with intimate soap and water — do not boil or microwave it.
