Probiotics Vivomixx neo® 9 – 115 billion

Vivomixx Neo 115 is a high-potency probiotic in an easy, no-mix capsule — 115 billion live bacteria per capsule, across 9 different strains. The convenient format makes it well suited to everyday maintenance once your gut bacteria are established. Each box contains 10 capsules.

How to take it

• Children (0–14 years): 1–2 capsules a day, in the morning before breakfast.
• Teens (14+) and adults: 1–4 capsules a day, in the morning before breakfast.
• Swallow whole with water, or open the capsule and stir into cool, non-fizzy water or juice, or a liquid food such as yoghurt, and take straight away. Keep it below 25°C — cool or room temperature.
• For best results, take daily for at least one month. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients

Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (Lacticaseibacillus paracasei IMC 502, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus IMC 501, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus SP1, Bifidobacterium breve Bbr8, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BLC1, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 14D, Lactococcus lactis SP38, Streptococcus thermophilus SP4); vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); filler: microcrystalline cellulose; corn starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Good to know

• Can be taken during a course of antibiotics — ideally at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.
• Mild bloating can happen at first as your gut adjusts to the new bacteria.
• No known contraindications in pregnancy, but check with your doctor before taking any supplement while pregnant.

Storage

Vivomixx contains heat-sensitive live cultures, so keep it refrigerated (2–8°C). It can be kept for up to a week at room temperature (max 25°C) in sealed packaging, away from moisture and light, without affecting quality.
