Quinton is a French marine-plasma brand with more than 125 years of heritage, founded on the discoveries of biologist René Quinton. What marine plasma is
René Quinton found that seawater drawn from plankton-rich ocean blooms closely matches the mineral makeup of our own internal fluids. Harvested at depth and double cold-microfiltered — never heated — Quinton marine plasma delivers a full spectrum of 78 bioavailable minerals and trace elements in their natural ionic form, ready for the body to absorb.
Isotonic or Hypertonic?
Quinton comes in two core strengths:
Isotonic — 29% seawater blended with pure spring water to a 0.9% salinity, almost identical to the body’s own fluids. Gentle, for everyday hydration, remineralisation and balance.
Hypertonic — 100% pure seawater at 33 g/L, around three times more concentrated than blood plasma. A strong, fast supply of minerals and electrolytes — popular before or during physical activity, demanding periods, or whenever you need a lift.
Many people use both: Isotonic as a daily ritual, Hypertonic kept on hand for a boost.
